Cancellation & Refund Policy

Within 24 Hours of Booking: If the customer cancels the booking within 24 hours of booking, 100% refund will be provided.

After 24 Hours of Booking: If the customer cancels the booking after 24 hours of booking, 50% of the amount paid will be deducted and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

Within 24 Hours Before Departure: If the customer cancels the booking when 24 hours or less remain before the scheduled departure time, 100% of the amount paid will be deducted and no refund will be provided.
Note: Refunds are calculated on the actual amount paid by the customer.
