Welcome to Triway Rides (www.triwayrides.in). By accessing our web application, booking outstation cabs, hourly rentals, or driver partner onboarding, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Fare Structure & Maintenance Charges
Triway Rides guarantees transparent pricing. The displayed Total Fare comprises Base Fare + 15% Vehicle Maintenance and Safety Sanitization Charges. In Part-Pay mode (15% advance), the passenger agrees to pay the remaining balance directly to the driver upon arrival or trip start.
2. Vehicle Usage & Exclusions
Standard outstation one-way fares include vehicle AC, fuel, driver allowance, and doorstep pickup. Toll taxes, state border entry permits, and parking charges are payable directly by the passenger at actuals.
3. Driver Partner Code of Conduct
All driver partners must possess valid commercial driving licenses, yellow plate commercial registration certificates (RC), valid motor insurance, and tourist taxi permits. Triway Rides reserves the right to suspend or reject any partner failing vehicle safety audits.
